These terms apply to your use of the website rubigames.shop (the "Site") and the browser game Sprat Run (the "Game"). By using the Site or playing the Game, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. The Game

Sprat Run is a free casual game for entertainment only. There are no purchases, subscriptions, bets, stakes, prizes or payments of any kind. Points and scores have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold or redeemed for anything. The Game does not involve gambling.

3. Who can use the Site

The Game is suitable for a general audience. If you are under 18, please read these terms with a parent or guardian.

4. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access the Site and play the Game for your own non-commercial use, in line with these terms.

5. What you must not do

  • copy, modify, distribute, sell or republish the Game, its code, artwork or other content, except as allowed by law;
  • reverse engineer or decompile the Game, except to the extent the law allows this;
  • use bots, scripts or other automated means to play, scrape or access the Site;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, interfere with its operation or overload it;
  • use the Site in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, the Game and all their content, including the name "Sprat Run", graphics, code and text, are owned by or licensed to Revolando Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Site available, but we don't guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or stop the Site or the Game, in whole or in part, at any time.

8. Data on your device

Your best score and settings are stored only in your browser. They may be lost if you clear your browser data or change device, and we cannot restore them.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Links to other websites

The Site may contain links to websites run by others. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Our responsibility to you

The Game is provided free of charge and "as is". If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for loss of data stored on your device, or for any business losses. Because the Game is free, our total liability to you in connection with the Site and the Game is limited to £50.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you continue to use the Site after a change, the updated terms apply.

13. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings there. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country.
